FDE for Windows
The FDE Windows desktop client for local projects and AI collaboration. Review the requirements and installation instructions, then download and run the installer.

This update refreshes the installer and application signatures. Application features are unchanged.
System requirements
Windows 10/11 (64-bit). Administrator rights are required. If the WebView2 Runtime is missing, the installer installs it using an internet connection.

Installation and use
- After downloading, verify the installer against the SHA-256 checksum below.
- Run the installer, allow administrator access, and follow the setup wizard.
- Open FDE after installation, then follow the client instructions to sign in and get started.
Updates and local data
Before an update, local data is backed up to %LOCALAPPDATA%\FDE-backup. Uninstalling keeps your local data and backups.
The installer and application use a self-signed certificate; Windows may display an unknown-publisher warning. Use the public certificate and checksums below to verify the files.
